They have found out, based on the surveys carried out, that an estimated 50% of 16-29 year olds have used drugs in the last year. If you then look at younger ages further still, a survey carried out by the NHS, detailing over 40000 young people, they found that at the age of 15 27 % of children have already used drugs.
