I know exactly what you’re dealing with, honestly, they have to get in touch with the police. What he is doing is illegal. Surely they could have some sort of restraining order put against him, I would also suggest contacting a psychiatric facility to try and get some help.

One of two things. Call the police, as domestic abuse and or violence can translate to felonies. Or… take a ball bat to him and teach him some respect. I would go with option number one.
