Boyle Hosts Hearing on Treatment Facilities – Pa. State Rep. Kevin Boyle hosted the House Democratic Policy Committee to the Mayfair section of Philadelphia for a public hearing on his bill that would ensure transparency in placement of narcotics treatment facilities near residential areas.
