Drug Abuse Prevention Contest
Drug Abuse Prevention Contest – Drug abuse… it’s a problem that’s been faced for years, and one local group working toward eliminating the problem is offering iPods to students who can make a great video to promote their cause. The Northern Michigan Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force is holding a video contest. The group is asking students to produce a short informational video about the problem of prescription drug abuse. Two grand prizes will be awarded; each winning student will receive an iPod. The contest is open to many local students between 13 and 18 years old; the deadline for entries is April 30.
