I am 15 years old guy … i am very addicted to internet and its very negative … not for my health because i used to stay up and don’t care a lot of my body … and i can’t study either and in this while i have to study good so i can get good grades so i can be something good in feature … how to leave internet and focus on studying ?

Cut the plug off the power cable. Hurdle to cross, reminder you don’t want to connect, possible aid to studying. But best aid is interest and belief in what you are studying and where you want to be.
