Question by hotbug: Any recovering drug addicts that could help me?
I am a recovering drug addict. I just got discharged from my treatment program yesterday.
I feel alone, and scared. I’m on my own now and don’t really know what to do.
Most of my friends use, so I can’t be around them.
If anyone thinks they could be any help to me, someone in a similar situation..that’d be great..

I just wanted to say CONGRATS to you on completing your program. I dated a meth addict (who is now in prison) and he was never able to stay clean.

Go to KCI.org – a great forum with supportive people (users, loved ones, people in recovery). Sounds like you’ve got your head on straight – as hard as it is, you really need to “start over” – find a whole new group of friends and interests.
